Requisitos: Reporting to the Commercial Director the KAM Manager will be responsible for the key account management and achieving the sales goals;
The main duties will include:
-Maintaining the day to day contact with the client;
-Controlling and coordination of orders, deliveries, payments and providing support in any requests the client may have;
-Ensuring link between the Company and its customers, inform customers on new products, developments etc.;
-Gathering information on customers and competitors;
-Fulfilling the sales KPIs;
-Analysing and resolving any kind of complaints;
